Convenient location close to the medieval center and only a 15-minute drive from the airport 🏰. Grateful for the lovely stay during our holiday! Thank you!

Good attention from the reception staff, correct check-in, ample breakfast buffet, where natural orange juice was served, coffee was, in any of its presentations, not bad, worse. As for the room: Toilet clearly improvable (by the quality / state / size of the towels; maintenance of the shower and toilet lid), small room (which had a table that prevented circulation), accessories ("tables") of the room, of (supposed) design, not very useful, lack of plugs on one side of the bed to charge the mobile phone, tablet, insufficient lighting in the room..; only a darkening curtain, window opened against the curtain (, television without thematic channels, small size, Location. correct, Parking. free, with ample spaces,
Apart from what was described above about the coffee, toilet and room, wiFi network was not working, what we were informed was due to the poor service provided in the area by the telephone company (despite which, no discount was made on the bill)

Great location. Friendly staff. One of the few hotels to offer rooms for 4 people (family rooms) that are well set up with twin beds and bunks. Great parking.

Excellent staff - friendly and helpful. Arrived early and they found aus a room. Quiet rooms and quiet location set back from the main road. Basic rooms but everything works, new and well maintained. Breakfast okay at 8€ each. As claimed it is only a 300 metres walk to the walled medieval city with all its restaurants and gift shops.

Location, good parking, pleasant staff and good standard of decoration and furnishing and very clean. The food in the restaurant was very good.
Unfortunately the restaurant closed without warning but was permanently closed for the whole of the weekend but should have been open during the weekdays. We had a meal on our first night, which was excellent and very good value, but we raced back to the hotel on the following night after a day out only to find the restaurant closed with no explanation, so had to go out in town to find an evening meal, which was very annoying to say the least. So you could mention this on your website. The restaurant seems to be geared to whether a coach is arriving.

Stayed for 2 nights in this modern place, enjoyed that. Standard family queen room had a very comfy bed. The breakfast selection was savoury and incredibly nice with amazing freshly squeezed orange juice. The location was particularly good and unbeatable, within easy walking distance of Festival de Carcassonne.
